Join the 5/6 Center PTO for an evening of fun for the first Annual Summer Send Off.
Wrist bands and raffle tickets available for pre-order until Friday May 23rd. Wrist Band: $10.00 per child or $25 per family. Each wrist band includes 5 raffle tickets. *Pre-orders will be delivered to your child’s classroom and sent home.

STEP 1: Register.
Create a FREE account to join our 5/6 Center website and enjoy the following benefits:
- Receive biweekly newsletters with important school updates and events
- Get access to contact info for other families after through our Family Directory—signing up is optional and you control what information is made public
- Use of a convenient online platform for making purchases, volunteering, and completing paperwork
Creating an account on this website does not automatically sign you up for the PTO. While we encourage you to join the site to receive emails and stay connected, volunteering for specific roles is completely optional.
STEP 2: Update your family and student info, including the name of your child's teacher.
If you intend to participate in the Family Directory, complete the Membership Form. It is free and only requires completion once per school year. Be sure to identify your Directory Preferences. This offers you the ability to choose how you want to be listed and what information is available to others.
STEP 3: Volunteer.
Once you have registered, you can choose opportunities to volunteer throughout the school year. There are no requirements and you can offer as little or as much time as you like. You can find our volunteer sign up form in your navigation menu.
