Volunteers Needed!
Parent volunteers are needed to decorate and manage "stations" in the gymnasium at the event. Each station will represent a house (5B, 6B, etc). We would love parents of students from each house to decorate and oversee their Trick-or-Treat station!
In addition to parents overseeing each house, we need help to clean up once the event is over and a few more volunteers for the following tasks:
- Set up event tables
- Assist at the concessions stand
- Guide pumpkin decorating
- Monitor laser tag participation (there will be 2 coordinators from the event company there to run the game)
- Help students with crafts in the quiet library area
Setup starts at 5:00pm; event begins at 6. Costumes encouraged!
